As authorized by Service Oklahoma, Indian Springs Tag Agency offers the following services for vehicles, motorcycles, watercraft (boats, motors), commercial vehicles, trailers, travel trailers, RVs, and ATVs:
- Titles – new, transfer, and duplicate
- Notice of Transfer of Ownership
- Registration renewal
- Replacement registration decals
- Liens – adding and releasing
- Special Plates – application and renewal
- Personalized Plates – application forms and renewal
As authorized by Service Oklahoma, Indian Springs Tag Agency offers the following services:
- Drivers License – new, renewal, replacement, REAL ID.
- Oklahoma Identification Card – new, renewal, replacement
- Handicap Placard Application
- Driver Manuals (now available online ONLY)
Indian Springs Tag Agency offers limited services for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (PikePass):
- Issue PikePass transponders with confirmation email barcode provided by OTA.
- Issue PikePass transponders to customers who have contacted OTA for new or replacement transponder.
- Assistance with opening new PikePass account in our office. Requires the following:
- Driver License
- Debit/Credit card to post $40 tolls deposit
- Vehicle information – Plate #, VIN
- We CANNOT take payments for your PikePass account.
Indian Springs Tag Agency offers the following additional services:
- Notary services – $4.00 per seal (There is no fee for absentee ballot notary services)
- Voter Registration – First time, party change, address change or name change. This is a free service.
- Passport photos – $10 – set of two photos
- Faxing – $1.00 for the first page, $.50 for each additional page.
- Copies – B&W and color – small quantities only
